WDTX 1403 one of WSDOT's new Charger locomotives, leads Cascades 507 south along the Puget Sound in Steilacoom. This is will soon be sight not possible for photographers, train watchers or passengers, as in just a few days, the Lakewood Sub will open for business as the passenger train route in to Tacoma. Gone will be the views for the Puget Sound between Tacoma and Nisqually. Even the train crews aren't happy about this change. They appreciate the views too!
