| Double-ended Train - In response to the Sep 2016 train crash at Hoboken Terminal NJT is in the process of installing positive train control (PTC) systems on their locomotives and cab cars. NJT is currently short of available cab cars and is addressing this issue by running locomotives at both ends of some of their trains. Here is one such double-ended train crossing over the Navesink River into Red Bank. |
