| The Green Mountain RR train 263-26 is crossing the Mill River and Vermont Route 103 on the famous Rutland RR “hanging bridge” (note the appearance of an unsupported span above Rt 103 in the Bridge design). Vermont Railway’s SD70M-2 432 and 431 bracket GMTX GP38-2s 2147 and 2208 with 48 cars for Bellows Falls. |
