Remarks & Notes
Built by the Delaware Lackawanna & Western Railroad back in March of 1959, Upper Hack is a single-track lift bridge that carries NJ Transit's Main Line over the Hackensack River at Secaucus, NJ. The bridge is the only single-track lift bridge in the state of New Jersey. It is seen here carrying Main Line train 1116 with NJT 4204 east out.
