WICT 901 leads a test train from Janesville, WI to Fox Lake, IL. in January of 1989 near Hebron, IL. The train is passing the signals for the long abandoned crossing with CNW's KD line from Kenosha to Rockford. This ex-MILW line is now an important part of the WSOR/WAMX system.
