| On their last night in Los Angeles, CDTX 2051 and 2052 are seen posed beneath the 1927-built Sears, Roebuck & Company mail order building that with its well known neon letters still burning bright. The two veteran Amtrak California motors have just come off working on various Pacific Surfliner's with additional Capitol Corridor/San Joaquin equipment to help expand rail service during the closure of US 101 and will be returning to Oakland the following day. |
