Remarks & Notes
It's just another day on the Cornell local out of Altoona, WI. The rear brakeman throws the switch back to the main after a meet with train 406 at Koll siding on Chippewa Falls' south side. The train will spend the day on the Cornell branch work an industrial park, a dairy and a paper mill before returning to Altoona in late afternoon. This once was a five day a week operation. The branch is now long gone.
