Track speed in the canyon. One of the fastest steam tourist railroads in the US, the trains on the Grand Canyon Railway often hit 40 MPH on the 64-mile run from Williams to the Grand Canyon. Here, GCRX #29 is seen northbound at speed with 4 Harriman Cars, deep in Coconino Canyon, just a few miles from Grand Canyon Village.
