Here is a view showing the FEC derailment shortly after it happened. The FEC 419 remained on the tracks, but the FEC 433 rolled over on its side as the train was coming through the switch at the north end of the Pineda siding. The first five doublestack cars behind the 433 jack knifed and tore of the switch and track, but thankfully did not roll over or come on to US 1.
