Remarks & Notes
Chesapeake Western's V91 crew is headed to the NS yard in Shenandoah with their grain train empty's in an unusual 5 loco lash up consisting of 2-NS dash 9's, NS SD70ACu, BNSF "Fake Bonnet" and lastly a BNSF pumpkin. While the dash 9's are no strangers to the CW, the other 3 loco's are not the norm and the "Fake Bonnet" caused quite a stir with the local railfanners in its short 6 day stay on the "Crooked & Weedy".

Solely the CW Past and Present. July 5, 1895 CW moved its first load of freight and although its existence is merely on paper today, its roots run deep. 128 years and still moving freight. The CW operates as a subsidiary of Norfolk Southern.
