| The Canadian approaches a short tunnel on its climb up Kicking Horse Pass east of Field, BC. The train will then duck under Hwy 1 and head for the lower Spiral tunnel before returning under Hwy 1 again for the upper Spiral Tunnel on its way to Lake Louise, AB and points east. |
