| With a fresh crew onboard, UP 8812 prepares to depart San Luis Obispo for its trip down the coast. Peeking out from behind the trees in the background, the Southern Pacific's original steam-era water tank still stands guard watching over every passing train. Though no longer used to quench he thirst of steam locomotive, the old relic is still a nice piece to have standing in a railroad-founded town. |
