Being at the right place at the right time matters a lot when railfanning. On May 26th, the Strasburg Rail Road held the Red Ball Express photo charter with proceeds going to the rebuild of the Verdant Farm barn that burned down recently. The train for the charter was also used as a second hourly train at 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30. During the 1:30 trip I noticed a baler being used at the far end of Long Curve right outside of Paradise, PA. Recognizing the opportunity of having the farm equipment alongside the train, I quickly asked the gentleman running the machinery if he wouldn't mind posing for me. He delightfully said yes! About 20 minutes later #89 dressed up in its Transportation Corps lettering came storming around the corner once again turning back the clock on the Road to Paradise.
