| I was advised by a friend that I should come down and photograph D791 across the wooden trestle in Harpers Ferry last night with the Shenandoah River in full view as the confluence of the river and Potomac were at ten year flood levels. When I arrived, the water in the foreground was up to the tree in the distance. A couple hours later, WInchester, VA to Brunswick local D791 arrived as the water had already receded. |
