Union Pacific's office car special is seen heading across the Juniata River south of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, on the Norfolk Southern Pittsburgh Line, where non-NS cab signal leaders are a rarity. UP had equipped SD70AH 1943 with the NS cab signals to lead over this particular piece of railroad and to specifically to lead over Horseshoe Curve and Rockville Bridge. UP 1943 and 9082 are making time as they head west on the return trip to Chicago and ultimately Council Bluffs, IA.
