Remarks & Notes

A westbound Union Pacific empty coal train works its way upgrade thru Tunnel 29. The train is approaching Pinecliffe, Colorado. The train has been steadily climbing along South Boulder Creek since leaving Tunnel 8 where the river was several hundred feet below the the railroad. It is here at Tunnel 29 where the river and railroad finally reach the same elevation.....
