Very unusual to see this special train on the Shenandoah Valley Railroad. After carrying local business and government officials, Durbin and Greenbrier Valley Railroad GP9 #5940 leads Buckingham Branch Railroad passenger car Arvonia followed by DGVR's Chesapeake and Ohio caboose #3260. On the rear is Buckingham Branch's GP40-2 #5. Big thanks to Grew up on the CW for giving me the heads up on this heading south on the Shenandoah Valley Railroad.
