On August 6, the New England Central Railroad GP38 3850 was seen with the Federal Railroad Administration geometry train in tow as it crossed from Windsor, Vermont into Cornish, New Hampshire, over the Connecticut River. The train was testing from White River Junction, VT to Bellows Falls, then to Rutland and back to Bellows Falls on the Vermont Rail System.
