| The perfectly kept 2-8-2 "Mikado" 141 R # 1244 of association "Mikado 1244" at Brugg (AG) made a visit at the steam days Lyss. Now it is on the return journey with the 6 car train, departing from Biel after a switchback. The heavy fuel oil fired locomotive was built in 1946 by the Montreal Locomotive Works for the french SNCF. The first two standard cars type I and II are of association "Mikado 1244", the other cars are of association "Club Bm 22-70" from Schaffhausen. |
