Remarks & Notes
A six car set SEPTA commuter train departs Philadelphia, PA, bound for Newark, DE. This is an unusual sighing for the train as it is utilizing part of Amtrak's NEC right of way due to a project called "The Southwest Connection Improvement Program" which took place between August 4th to August 19th, 2018. SEPTA passengers mingled with Amtrak passengers at 30th Street Station as well, utilizing the lower level platforms vs those on the upper level outdoor deck.
