"Spencer Shops"
=====
It's all about perspective. I climbed atop a shuttered Chicago and Northwestern passenger car undergoing restoration adjacent to the turntable for this shot. The doors were locked but the platform above the coupler was open so I climbed up. The museum staff said it was ok, but to stay safe. I wish it could have gotten higher for this shot but being close to eye-level with this massive machine was a stare-down that transcended time. O. Winston Link is one of my influences and this was a shot worth the effort that only two other shooters attempted that night.
