Remarks & Notes
The restored and preserved 1912 built Christiana station. Passenger service to Christiana was discontinued way back in 1952. The building remained in service as a Railway Express until 1965, however. Orders were then given to demolish this little gem, along with Atglen, the next station west. Somehow, Christiana escaped the wrecking ball and in 1983, a local businessman named Glenn Kendig purchased the property from Amtrak. Restoration was complete in 1985.
