At Grand Central Terminal in New York City, Amtrak train 295, the Ethan Allen Express to Rutland, VT is top of the board for the Hudson Line departures on this Sunday afternoon. This was a common occurrence this past summer, between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, while Amtrak Empire Service trains were diverted from Penn Station to allow much needed maintenance at Penn Station and also the Spuyten Duyvil swing bridge on the West Side connection.
