Remarks & Notes
This view is from the 225th street Broadway bridge. Metro North Train 837 is passing a FDNY boat that is racing southbound on the Harlem River in NYC. There are two brick structures next to Metro North’s BN Yard in the right of the photo. Anybody know what these structures were used for? New York Central had a power house for electric service that was located in Yonkers for the Hudson Line. Building connected to the New York Central’s Putnam Division?

The GE Genesis series are well known for being Amtrak's locomotive. With confirmation of retirement from Amtrak themselves, their time is limited. Now is your chance to catch them before the chargers arrive!
