Something New, Something Broken

Recently-released red mane (or Knuckles Bonnet, you decide) rebuild 8520 was posed out in the open for a few days following its official PR photos. Amusingly, the new unit was parked rather close to the stripped-down carcass of NS 4001, which has been reduced to a frame and electrical cabinet as it slowly undergoes reconstruction following its 2017 venture into plowing farm fields.
