Santa Fe EMD E8m 87 leads train 15 the "Texas Chief" at Dallas Union Station in November 1967. The Texas Chief stopped operating from Houston to Galveston in 1967, and the Dallas section disappeared in 1968. Photo taken from my collection ; photographer Edward McLaughlin.
