After a long day of picking up, and dropping off cars on the Tyner, and Chickamauga Branch, CSX A707-30 is heading northbound for Wauhatchie Yard to end another day on the Western & Atlantic Sub. Zig-zagging is a term that is becoming more of a common term on the railroad, and that is what we're seeing as CSX A707 is coming off the CSX Western & Atlantic Sub, on to the NS Chattanooga Terminal/AGS North-End, and back on the Western Atlantic Sub.The once NS controlled diamond which divided both NS, and CSX has been removed since September, and traffic from CSX would have to have to use just a quarter of a mile of NS trackage just to get back on CSX trackage. Also in addition to the major changes both railroad could used each other trackage if one terminal, or mainline is too busy.
