Remarks & Notes

During Conrail's first summer, the local freight out of Plainville on the ex-New Haven Canal Line passes the former station at Milldale, CT, behind EMD-engined Penn Central RS-3m 9973. The tracks are long gone here now and the branch is a rail trail, but the Milldale station survives as a museum.
