A late running NECR 324 exits the tunnel under the Village of Bellows Falls, Vermont, on the way from St. Albans, VT to Palmer, Massachusetts. Led by a quartet of rebuilt SD40/45 variants, the orange and black is pristine against the brown and white landscape.
