Remarks & Notes

Milwaukee Road FM switcher 731 idles with a pair of F7s at Janesville, WI in September 1972. This unit features the steam locomotive inspired cab roof extension over the end of the cab as well as some stylized curves on the sheet metal on the side of the cab. The unit was retired in February 1976.
