The calendar has just turned to April but there's still snow on the ground in Otter River, MA, as Boston & Maine train MERU (Mechanicville, NY, to Rumford, ME, via B&M/MEC) smokes things up on its way east. A B&M GP40-2 leads a Maine Central (ex-D&H) U23B and a MEC U25B.
