Remarks & Notes
Looking back to the SP 4449 excursion to Bend Oregon. The weather was hot and dry and the train had its issues but it was a fun time. Here the 4449 swings away from the Columbia River and heads up along Deschutes River Canyon on the Oregon Trunk Line. Here's hoping the 4449 can get out on the Mainline again and stretch out those drivers.
