Remarks & Notes
Semaphore signals stand guard at the Gary & Western section of the Indiana Harbor Belt Burns Harbor Branch, in March of 1979. Just beyond these signals, this line will cross the Elgin Joliet & Eastern Railway. Visible on the right is the Michigan Central (NYC) Porter Branch and the Ivanhoe interlocking tower. View east.
