The empty South Carolina Public Service Authority CSX E319-08 (Cross,SC-Evansville,IN/EVWR) is at the end of the double track main, and is about to knock down the restriction signal at Lookout Valley (MP J-147.0 Lookout) on the CSX Chattanooga Sub. With further others from the Yard Master, the empties will run up the lead into Wauhatchie Yard, and tie down on the north-end of the number 3 yard track.
