"Rainy Days and Mondays always get me down" was a lyric sung by The Carpenters in their 1971 hit "Rainy Days and Mondays", and this day fit the bill perfectly, being very rainy AND a Monday. But as a railroader friend of mine once said, "It never rains on the railroad, its liquid sunshine!" CSXT 1513 is rolling south through some of that "liquid sunshine" bringing some empty Tropicana boxcars back to Queensgate Yard in Cincinnati from the Tropicana Distribution Facility in nearby Springdale on this rainy Monday afternoon as train Y119-11, known locally as the "Trop Job".
