L&T Construction Inc, based in Hernando, MS and specializing in grading and drainage, seems to have recently expanded there business into railroad maintenance also. So far, they seem to have several contracts with CN. Here a L&T Construction crews works to fix an area plagued with drainage problems. The Memphis Valero Refinery can be seen in the background.
