Remarks & Notes
Something that just never happened. F45 9013 is on the headend of a coal train. In all it's years on the Utah Railway, 9013 basically served as a B unit. It spent most of it's time in the helper set. Thanks to professional photographer Nils Huxtable, he mad special arrangements with the Utah Railway to have it lead. Nils was kind enough to call my father the day before so we could partake of the event.

Freight Cowls are standard locomotives that have a hood that extends the full width of the locomotive. Sadly, most Freight Cowls have been retired, but a few still run on short lines.
