"Fresh Out of the Box" Newly rebuilt CTrail GP40-3H 6696 sits on Track 6 at New Haven Union Station shortly after being dropped off by CSX B747. 6696 is the last CDOT owned locomotive to return from NRE, completing the GP40-3H rebuild contract.
