Remarks & Notes
Southern Ks Class Consolidation 630, built by the American Locomotive Company's Richmond Works in February of 1904, leads Southern Ms1 class Mikado 4501 and a long train of passenger cars around the S curve at the famous cabin at Rock Springs, GA. The train is bound for Summerville, GA. The weather was beautiful, albeit cold and windy. A drastic change from the downpour that existed for the entire chase the day before.
