On its last days of service as the Norfolk Southern Corp H02, Friday, March 29, 2019, GP38-2 5303 (Operation Life Saver) backs into the siding at East Dover, NJ to pick up the days work. Freight will continue under wire here, but with new operator Dover and Delaware River Railroad.
