| A Soo Line power set idles at the sand tower at Irvine Yard near Chippewa Falls, WI on the round house lead. After some switching, the power will head the train east toward Stevens Point. The old yard office building in the background is still used by CN today, but the engine servicing is long gone. At this time SOO could run up to 12 daily trains through here. Today CN has a pair plus a local based out of here. |
