| Re 4/4 I # 10034 of association "TEE Classics" (privately owned) at Feuerthalen with a charter train. The former SBB express train locomotive was built in 1951 by SLM, BBC, MFO and SAAS as # 434 in green color with 1900 kW and 125 km/h maximum velocity. In 1962 renumbered to # 10034. From 1972 to 1987 in the red/cream TRANS EUROP EXPRESS colors for the traction of the TEE Bavaria between Zürich and Lindau. From 1987 in red color and withdrawn in 2004, in the last time used as "wash locomotive" in Basel (shunting cars through the cleaning plant). Then sold and since 2009 running for TEE CLASSICS in the red/cream paint scheme again. |
