Looking like a brand new train, this is the first ride of a renovated doubledeck Intercity push-pull train with cars of type "IC2000" and locomotive Re 460 # 006 in the rear. After about 20 years in service, this very popular vehicles with a first-class running behaviour are undergoing a half-lifetime-revision. The first car is a second class driving trailer (cab car) Bt with a family compartment in the upper deck and a multifunction compartment for bycicles, buggies and so on in the lower deck. New is the 3D SBB-symbol on the front equal the renovated Re 460 locomotives. The train with cars Bt # 926, B # 027, A # 021 and AD # 003, now designated "IC2020", made a test run this day from Olten via Brugg-Baden-Zürich-Winterthur-Weinfelden to Romanshorn and back this day.
