Remarks & Notes

The iconic "Red Arrow" (Roter Pfeil) RAe 2/4 # 1001 of SBB Historic in the shed at Olten, where it is based. The elegant vehicle with 60 first class seats was built in 1935 by SLM, BBC, MFO and SAAS as CLe 2/4 # 201 for little used trains on branch lines, but was very popular mainly for charter trains.
