Shortly after a maintenance window in the area lifted, a westbound loaded ethanol train drifts downgrade through Echo, past its iconic rock outcrop. As this train approached the crossing - which is currently closed for a total redo - and was blowing its horn, you could certainly hear how this town got its name.
