If making something out of nothing was a photo, it would look like this! On a early September afternoon at the Norfolk Southern's Harry Debutts Classification Yard their wasn't much action like it was before the pre-Precision Scheduling Days on NS as most of the receiving track on the south-end of the yard was only being use for block swapping,, and flat switching. Even through the day was filled with slow traffic it wasn't a lost. NS 163 (Bulls Gap,TN-Sheffield,AL) is seen tied down on one of the receiving track with a trio of EMD locomotives, but the rarity at least in this area is the UP 2232 one of the many few SD60s that the Union Pacific still has on the active locomotive roster, and this 33 year old locomotive is doing the honor to pull the manifest to it's destination at the Sheffield Classification yard. The outbound crew will go on duty later on into the evening, and will drop off a block of cars for Chattanooga, then the train will run into the night to Sheffield
