Diesel to the rescue. Normally not seen on the revenue platforms of Grand Central Terminal, MTA Metro-North Railroad GP35R 105 (ex-Conrail 3637, neè Reading 3637, 8/1964) comes out of the shadows on the night of April 8, 2018 to tow the far younger P32AC-DM 213 to the railroad's Croton Harmon shops. These rebuilt veteran EMDs have proved to be some of Metro-North's most reliable engines, but are difficult to catch as they are only used in work service.
