In the shadow of the Freedom Tower. @norfolksouthern Operation Awareness and Response (OAR) Training travels around the system offering classes to first responders, railroaders, and others who might come into contact with hazardous materials on the railroad. On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, the train was parked in Croxton Yard in Jersey City, NJ, with the Freedom Tower in the background.
