Union Pacific train MOGWC 10, a manifest heading from Ogden UT to West Colton CA, has just passed through Cajon Pass' Summit and it nearing Silverwood, where this train could transition from BNSF's Cajon Sub to UP's Mojave Sub to access West Colton Yard. With seven westbounds and not many eastbounds, the BNSF dispatcher opted to keep this train under his or her control for another 12.8 miles to Keenbrook, at which point this train would cross over to UP rails once again.
