Amtrak Pacific Surfliner 1767, weekend service from San Diego to Goleta; is running 15 minutes late as it departs Santa Ana, California, on a blustery New Year's Day 2019. Siemens SC-44 "Charger" 2111 is the power for this train, shoving on the rear, with Amtrak NPCU 90208 on the headend.
